The Classlink tab contains settings that enable syncing roster data from Classlink.

Connecting to Classlink requires the assistance of Securly Support. To connect, access should be granted to the Securly application in the Classlink dashboard first. Securly Support will then be able to obtain the credentials to complete the connection.

However, you may choose to edit the following options.

OptionDescription
Use this integration as a source for UsernameEnabling this wil allow Securly Classroom to pull usernames from the Classlink roster automatically.
Auto create locations from roster dataWhen enabled, the sync process will automatically create new locations in Securly Classroom based on data found on the roster import. If not selected, all classes from the sync will be created in the Main Location.
Role MappingWhen the option to import Admins is selected, this setting allows incoming users of the role "admin" to be assigned to the selected role in Securly Classroom.
Note

Any teacher found on an incoming class roster will automatically be created as a user with the "Teacher 1" role in Securly Classroom.
