Creating a Screen Layout

To create a screen layout:

1. Choose the "iOS Screen Layouts" tab from the Screen Layouts area and click the Add Screen Layout button.
   
2. Complete the layout detail fields.
   

The "Make screen layout public to all users" toggle setting allows the layout to be available for use by teachers who are not the owner of the layout. However, only the owner or and administrator can edit or delete a layout.

Administrators will be able to choose another user (such as a teacher) as the owner of the layout. Teachers will not be the owner of any layout they create and will not be able to change it.

Lastly, you can choose which schools have access to use a screen layout. A layout can be assigned to one or more schools, and users will only see the layouts available for their school location. You can also add or remove schools any time.
