To create a web link, use the Add Web Links button and complete the form. Predefined web links are provided for some common sites.
To create a web collection, use the Add Collection button, then provide a name and optional description for the collection and add the desired sites to the collection. When adding sites to a collection you can choose from existing web links to add, or enter new ones directly to the list. A web link can exist in multiple collections.
