Deploying SmartPAC on iPads using Aiwatch MDM

Follow the steps below to deploy Securly SmartPAC using AirWatch MDM:

  1. Log in to AirWatch and navigate to Devices > Profiles > Add Profile.

  2. Select ‘Apple iOS’.

  3. Add a Profile name and set the other fields as follows:

    • Version - 1
    • Deployment - Managed
    • Assignment Type - Auto
    • Allow Removal - Always
    • Exclusions - No

  4. In the left side of the menu, scroll down to "Global HTTP Proxy".

  5. Select the Proxy type as "Auto".

  6. Input the PAC file URL provided by Securly in the ‘Proxy PAC File URL’ field.

  7. Check the checkbox for "Allow bypassing proxy to access captive networks".

  8. Navigate to "Credentials" and upload the Securly certificate.

  9. Click on ‘Save & Publish’.
