Device Console Users

The Device Console Users tab allows you to manage users who have accounts to log into and use Securly Classroom through the Device Console. This includes administrators, technicians and teachers. Device Console users can be created manually, or imported and added from other sources.

In this table, you can customize the position and visibility of each column by clicking the gear icon.

Add User

To add a new user, click Add User. There are three options for adding a new user, manually, through Google Directory, and via CSV upload.

Add Manually

To add a new Device Console user manually, click Add User, then Add New User.

You can optionally select to have the user create a new password on login, and also to send the user a notification email upon account creation.

Delete User

To delete a user from device console, go to the Users menu and select them, then click the Delete button that appears in place of the search/filter bar.
