The monitoring feature in the Windows and Mac agents offer the same functionality as the browser extension, but extends the monitoring view to entire desktop.
As you can see in the image above, the entire Windows screen is visible, including Chrome, the taskbar, and any other apps the student has open. On the right-hand side, you'll see the sidebar split in two tabs - Chrome tabs and open Windows apps. Likewise, you'll be able to view the entire screen of Mac devices.
