As you prepare to add users to your the Pass system, please be aware of the four user roles and the access level of each user.
| Role | Description |

| Admin | Access to the Main Navigation Menu, Control Panel, and Management of system settings |
| Teacher | Access to the Main Navigation Menu |
| Staff (nurse, librarian, media center specialist, SRO, guidance counselor, etc.) | Access to the Main Navigation Menu |
| Student | Access to the Student Menu |
Note:
There is no difference in the functionality between Teacher and Staff roles.
- Teachers - manage student hall passes and monitor student movement
- Staff - need access to the Pass system but aren't classroom teachers
