Welcome to Respond, the case management interface for Securly Aware.
Respond allows student services team members like you to investigate and address student cases. Student cases are collections of flagged activities that pertain to a single student.
Respond can help you:
- Investigate individual student cases and manage those cases to resolution.
- Collaborate on case management with other student services staff within your school or district.
- Communicate with parents and other key contacts in the case of an emergency.
Respond lets you manage flagged activities from inception to resolution by providing proven case management capabilities — tested and fine tuned by Securly’s On-Call team of monitoring experts. This guide will introduce you to the interface of Respond and provide you with everything you need to start managing cases for your school or district.
