The primary user rostering option available to clients is through our solution called “Securly Sync”. This solution can connect to various student information systems- such as a OneRoster API, PowerSchool Plug-in - or we can obtain the information with CSV files via SFTP. Once users are rostered via Securly Sync, additional data-sharing options or syncs will be available.

Securly Sync is our Student Information System (SIS) integration platform, designed to streamline and enhance the way your school or district's systems integrate with Securly’s Pass, Flex, and other products. Securly Sync will simplify data management and enhance data consistency and security across your applications.

Securly Sync can connect to any OneRoster API-compatible SIS. Securly Sync also provides a direct connection to PowerSchool and some other student information systems that do not support OneRoster endpoints. Below are the provisioning options with Securly Sync:
- Any SIS with OneRoster API functionality
- PowerSchool API via the PS Plugin
- OneRoster or Clever standard CSV files via SFTP

No additional data privacy agreements should be needed, as the data that you share with Securly is already fully covered by our data security and privacy policies (available at https://www.securly.com/students-privacy).
