While the preferred method of rostering users is via Securly Sync, clients who are using other methods to roster their users - ClassLink or Clever - will be able to use these methods for the foreseeable future.
The resources below are provided for reference for clients who need to connect via one of these methods.

Once the connection with one of the third-party providers has been set up and the sync has taken place, please review the list of users that have been imported to confirm that all users have been added to the system. This can be done on the Pass “Main Users” screen. Please see the items below for more details:
- It can take up to 48 hours to see new users sync into your Pass system.
- If there are a few users missing, such as school Administrators, non-classroom Teachers, etc, we recommend that you check with your technical support area to see if they can be added to the users being synced and shared from your third-party provider with Pass. If this cannot be done, the users can be added using one of the other methods outlined in this document.
- If one of the above methods is used to share/sync users with Pass, users at your school can log into Pass with their corresponding third-party credentials (or via the dashboard/portal/LaunchPad) and/or with Google or O365 credentials.
- If you have questions or concerns about missing users, please contact the Pass Help Desk and/or ask your internal technical contact.
The only student data that is collected from ClassLink or Clever includes the following: first name, last name, email address, role, grad year (student), and ID number (student).
